Lincoln Street

Lincoln Street extends an early-1900s family villa, significantly increasing the home’s living area while preserving the character and hierarchy of the original residence. The addition introduces expanded kitchen, dining and living spaces, together with a rooftop terrace that captures views and enhances outdoor living.

The new work was conceived as a contemporary counterpoint to the historic villa, contrasting restored heritage detailing with a restrained material palette and modern architectural expression.

Designed and managed by Graham Crust, the project demonstrates expertise in heritage adaptation and the integration of contemporary living within established character homes.
