Eltham Road

A valued client commissioned GCA Studio to design a new summer house and swimming pool complete with a small apartment and entertaining pavilion in the garden of their existing home in Kohimarama.

Working within the parameters of the permitted town development plan, the team proposed a design with a glass-sided infinity pool with wrap-around decking that would link the new pavilion to the existing house terrace. Our visionary and committed client pursued the option that became the longest transparent-sided domestic swimming pool in New Zealand.
