Tesla Showroom Auckland

Graham Crust, while at Beca, directed the design, documentation, and execution of refurbishing and seismic upgrading of seven buildings, including five heritage structures. These efforts transformed the site into a premium Tesla car showroom and a sizeable serviced office space for Regus, featuring some retail units, on the dynamic K Road.

This complex exercise required extensive consultation with Council and Auckland Transport, and was successfully completed and occupied in 2018 at a cost of around $15 million.
