Graham Crust was the Principal Architect for the re-development of the London Tavern on the corner of Wellesley Street and Queen Street in Auckland’s most prominent corners for Smith & Caughey to provide a highly activated branded flagship store on one of Auckland’s most prominent corners connected to New Zealand’s most prestigious retail department store. The proposed design involves food & beverage tenancies incorporated with the retail precinct to further enhance the value of the site.
