Grosvenor Street

Grey Lynn Residence involved the complete renovation and remodelling of Graham Crust’s former family home, transforming a traditional villa into a contemporary residence tailored to modern family living. The project sought to retain the character of the original house while significantly improving functionality, amenity and spatial quality.

The design reconfigured the existing home to create more generous living environments and a stronger connection between interior and exterior spaces. Particular attention was given to achieving a cohesive architectural and interior design outcome.

Designed and managed by Graham Crust, the project demonstrates experience in residential renovation, heritage adaptation and integrated design leadership.
