Port Denarau Marina

Port Denarau Marina Masterplan was developed to support the continued growth of the South Pacific’s leading marina destination and strengthen its position within the international superyacht market. The review assessed future development opportunities across both marine and landside environments while responding to increasing demand for larger vessel berthing.

The masterplan introduced additional berths, extended marina infrastructure and upgraded circulation and service arrangements to improve operational efficiency and guest experience. A staged approach ensured future expansion could be delivered while maintaining uninterrupted marina operations.

The project demonstrates GCA Studio’s capability in destination masterplanning, integrating marine infrastructure, tourism growth & long-term operational planning within a complex waterfront environment.
